• Man’s Freedom – To be truly free, is to be able to do what is good and holy. When we are leagally able to do what isn’t good or holy, that isn’t freedom, that’s license.

1. The Human Virtues
   Cardinal Virtues – Prudence (Look where you are going), Justice (Respect), Fortitude (Strength), Temperance (Moderation or Sobriety)
   Virtues and Grace
2. The Theological Virtues – Faith, Hope and Charity (Love)
3. Gifts of the Holy Spirit - Wisdom, Understanding, Counsel, Fortitude, Knowledge, Piety and Fear of the Lord
4. Fruits of the Holy Spirit – Charity, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Generosity, Gentleness, Faithfulness, Modesty, Self-Control and Chastity
